You will be notified by phone in such cases.Once confirmed, an order cannot be canceled. If you change your mind, you may return the product to our delivery agent at the time of delivery, and the delivery charge must be paid.2. Pricing PolicyAll prices listed are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).Prices are subject to change without notice. The price reflected on your final invoice is binding.In the event of a system error or pricing mismatch, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.3. Delivery PolicyDelivery Charges:Inside Dhaka: 70 BDTOutside Dhaka: 130 BDTInside Dhaka:Customers must inspect products (color, size, quality, quantity) in front of the delivery agent.No complaints will be accepted after delivery.Exchanges for unused products are allowed with additional delivery charges.In case of a change of mind, the product can be returned immediately during delivery—delivery charge still applies.Delivery time: 1–3 working days.Outside Dhaka:Similar inspection rules apply at the time of delivery.Exchange requests are allowed with applicable delivery charges.Delivery time: 2–5 working days.Return or exchange is subject to our official replacements policy. Bongo Aura reserves the right to modify delivery policies at any time.4. Shipping PolicyWe provide home delivery services across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen events. While we work with trusted courier partners, we will support customers in case of lost or damaged packages.5. Quality & Color InconsistencyWhile we strive to ensure quality, minor inconsistencies may occur.. Please note that color variations may appear due to lighting or screen display differences.6. Shoe Size IssuesPlease refer to our size chart before placing an order.If the incorrect size was ordered, we allow exchanges—with the customer covering delivery charges.If Bongo Aura sends the wrong size, we will cover the cost of return and exchange.7.
